Get Smart

(USA, 2008, 107 minutes)

A bumbling intelligence analyst for secret government agency CONTROL dreams of being a field agent and gets his wish when secret villain organisation KAOS uncovers all of CONTROL's agents. Mel Brooks' 1960s TV spy spoof is reinvented as an amiable but overlong action comedy with a game cast doing its best to overcome thin, intermittently funny scripting and rather non-descript handling.

Warner Bros. Pictures presents, in association with Village Roadshow Pictures, a Mosaic Media Group/Mad Chance/Callahan Filmworks production.
