The dreary lives of the tenants of an apartment building are touched by a series of bizarre events. Intriguing, moving mosaic drama, part Short Cuts and part The Twilight Zone, exquisitely filmed in stop-motion animation, in a style that perfectly fits the story's whimsical developments.
