I Am Love

120 minutes

The mother of a rigid, wealthy Milanese industrial family falls madly in love with a chef just as the family company is being sold for profit. Sweepingly romantic, wilfully operatic melodrama-cum-woman's picture, an updated throwback to the genres' great classics of the 1940s and 1950s.
