A London family breaks apart when the patriarch divorces his wife of 40 years in search of a second youth and she finds solace in a psychic. Bitter, one-note comedy of human frailties that pursues Allen's recent cruel streak with a surprising vengeance, but wastes a good cast in lazy underscripting and directing.

A Mediapro/Versátil Cinema/Gravier Productions presentation, in association with Antena 3 Films and Antena 3 Televisión, of a Dippermouth production; made with the support of ICAA, ICIC. (US distributor, Sony Pictures Classics. World sales, Imagina International Sales.)

That being said, i can only add the disappointment of watching another version of the same recipe, however this time, in a most superficial approach, where we even miss the good old Allen's sense of humor..
