A young Georgian filmmaker is stumped by obstacles at every step of the way in his native country, but finds out first hand it's not that different abroad. Gentle but overly belaboured satire very typical of its author's usual work, given here an added autobiographical dimension and marred by a dismayingly unconvincing lead performance; for fans only.
