Honor de Cavalleria

(Spain, 2006, 112 minutes)

Don Quijote and his squire Sancho Panza roam the Spanish countryside. Obscure, naturalist variation on a literary classic where not much happens at great length; an interesting take, aimed at specialist viewers exclusively.

An Andergraun Films/Eddie Saeta/Notro Films production, with the participation of TVE and Televisió de Catalunya. Starring Lluís Carbó, Lluís Serrat; with the participation of Albert Pla. Directed, produced and written by Albert Serra; inspired by the novel D. Quijote de la Mancha by Miguel de Cervantes; music by Ferran Font; directors of photography (DV transferred to 35mm; Swiss Effects), Christophe Farnarier, Eduard Grau; art director, Jimmy Gimferrer; wardrobe, Núria Tresserras; film editor, Àngel Martín.
