L'Été Indien

A mountain handyman's life starts unraveling when, on the point of losing his job, he receives a letter from his long-gone wife asking to meet the 18-year old daughter she left behind. Small-scale psychological drama that manages to frame its not unusual premise in a fresh and absorbing light, with an excellent lead performance.
