Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs

(USA, 2009, 95 minutes)

As the mammoth couple expects a child, Sid the sloth decides to “adopt” three eggs that hatch to reveal baby dinosaurs... and an annoyed mother that's come to seek her lost babies. Splendid animated comedy that genially teases a lively and very funny chain of events from a not particularly inspired premise, with a number of nods to the classic Warner cartoons and a madcap one-eyed weasel that steals the film from under the cast of regulars.
