Suspicious that her husband may be having an affair, an insecure gynecologist hires a high end prostitute to seduce him and report back to her. What starts as an elegant sex drama aiming at an oblique metaphor of storytelling and manipulation, with a superb lead performance, collapses in the third act through a sharp turn towards hackneyed thriller tropes.
